Return and Cancellation Policy

Hospitality Resources International Book and Research Report Return Policy

Books and research reports may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling charges if the item is in new condition. Hospitality Resources International will determine whether the returned item is in new condition. Return requests must be submitted via email to Info@HospitalityResourcesInternational.com. Shipping costs and tracking are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit or replacement. In this instance, shipping will be paid by Hospitality Resources International Return requests for damaged or defective items must be submitted via email to Info@HospitalityResourcesInternational.com.

No product returns will be accepted for any reason or for any refund after 30 days from date of receipt.

Hospitality Resources International Course and Conference Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Course and conference registrations may be cancelled without penalty by providing Hospitality Resources International notice at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course or conference. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Info@HospitalityResourcesInternational.com. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation requests received with less than 10 business days notice, and the participant will be assessed the full fee.

Substitution of one participant for another for a specific course or conference will be accepted with notice at least five business days prior to the beginning of the course or conference. Substitution requests must be submitted via email to Info@HospitalityResourcesInternational.com. No substitution requests will be made for requests received with less than five business days notice.

Courses may be rescheduled without penalty by providing Hospitality Resources International notice at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. Reschedules will be based on availability. Reschedule requests must be submitted via email to Info@HospitalityResourcesInternational.com. No course reschedules will be made for requests received with less than 10 business days notice, and the participant will be assessed the full fee.

Hospitality Resources International reserves the right to cancel a course or conference for which there is insufficient registration. Fees paid will be refunded in full for any cancelled course or conference.
