Turning Negative Situations into Positives

In any job, whether a contractor, business professional, or activities director you will always have to deal with “high maintenance” customers. I’ve worked in retail and restaurants and each environment was a little different. One thing, though, was the same—no matter how much I didn’t want to, there were times I had to say “no, that’s not possible,” and stick to it. As a business professional, one knows to be successful you can’t always let the customer be right.
